Approval from:

1. Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration of Rwanda

(DGIE) for PASSPORT applicants.

2.National Identification Agency – NIDA forRwandan ID

(Indangamuntu)applicants.

Rwandans living inArizona,surrounding areas,and anyone planning to be in the area on the date mentioned above canapply for their e-passport or Rwandan ID throughwww.irembo.gov.rwand follow the guidelines.

After receiving confirmation from DGIE or NIDA, please register here with the consular service of the Embassy to submit your biometrics information.
