The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in Washington D.C informs the public that due to unavoidable circumstances, the time of the biometrics collection in Austin, Texas has been changed from Saturday, October 15 to Saturday, October 29, from 9 am to 4 pm at Norris Conference Centers- Austin 2525 W Anderson Ln. #365, Austin, TX 78757.

Approval from:
1. Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration of Rwanda(DGIE) for PASSPORT applicants.
2.National Identification Agency – NIDA forRwandan ID(Indangamutu)applicants.
Rwandans living inAustin, Texas, surrounding areas and anyone planning to be in the area on the aforementioned date canapply for their e-passport or Rwandan ID throughwww.irembo.gov.rwand follow the guidelines.
After receiving confirmation from DGIE or NIDA, please register here with the consular service of the Embassy to submit your biometrics information.
The venue and time will be communicated ahead of time to those registered.
