President Kagame receives credentials of new U.S. envoy

Ambassador Peter H. Vrooman is the new Ambassador of the United States to Rwanda. He is a career member of the U.S. Senior Foreign Service, class of Counselor, and a diplomat since 1991. He most recently served as the Charge d’Affaires and Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Ambassador Peter H. Vrooman presented his credentials to President Paull Kagame on April 6th at Urugwiro Village, the Office of the President.
