Amb. Mukantabana honors the retirement of Maj. Gen. Bohac after his 45 years of military career

On Saturday, July 8, Ambassador Mathilde Mukantabana attended the retirement ceremony of Maj. Gen. Daryl Bohac in Lincoln, Nebraska as he passed the mantle of Nebraska National Guard to Brig. Gen. Craig W. Strong.

Maj. Gen. Daryl Bohac stepped down after ten years of commanding the Nebraska National Guard and 45 years of military service.

On the sidelines of the ceremony, Ambassador met different officials of Nebraska, including Governor Jim Pillen, Senator Pete Ricketts, Senator Rita Sanders, and the incoming Adjutant Maj. Gen. Craig W. Strong.

They discussed various opportunities to enhance and optimize partnerships between Nebraska and Rwanda in various sectors, including agriculture, health, and security.

Nebraska National Guard and Rwanda Defense Force enjoy a strong bilateral partnership.
