The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in Washington D.C. is delighted to announce that biometric capture services will be available during Rwanda Day, scheduled for February 2-3, 2024 in Washington D.C. The services will be available from 9 am to 5 pm.
The Embassy will provide this service only to e-Passport and ID applicants who have obtained biometrics capture approval from the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration of Rwanda (DGIE).
Rwandans attending Rwanda Day can apply for their e-Passport or Rwandan ID through www.irembo.gov.rw and follow the guidelines.
After receiving confirmation from DGIE, we request that you go ahead and register with the Consular Department of the Embassy HERE  or by scanning the QR code below.
