Requirements:

Approval from:

• Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration of Rwanda (DGIE) for PASSPORT  applicants.
• National Identification Agency – NIDA  forRwandan ID (Indangamutu)  applicants.

Rwandans living inMaine, surrounding areas and anyone planning to be in the area on the aforementioned date can apply for their e-passport or Rwandan ID throughwww.irembo.gov.rw  and follow the guidelines.

After receiving confirmation from DGIE or NIDA, please register here  with the consular service of the Embassy to submit your biometrics information.

The venue and appointment information will be communicated ahead of time to those registered.
