The Embassy of Rwanda in Washington D.C. is pleased to announce the forthcoming extension of its biometric capture services to Oregon on Saturday, May 13, 2023.It will take place at 955 NW 173rd Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The Consular Department will provide this service only to e-Passport and ID applicants who have obtained biometrics capture approval from the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration of Rwanda (DGIE).
Rwandans living in Oregon, and surrounding areas and anyone planning to be in the area on the date mentioned above can apply for their e-Passport or Rwandan ID through www.irembo.gov.rw and follow the guidelines.
