The High Commission of Republic of Rwanda in Canada is pleased to announce the forthcoming extension of its biometric capture services to residents of Canada and the United States during the upcoming Rwanda Youth Convention in Canada on November 25th – 26th , 2023, in Ottawa-Gatineau.
The High Commission will provide this service only to e-Passport and National ID applicants who have obtained biometrics capture approval from the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration of Rwanda (DGIE).
Rwandans living in Canada and the United States, planning to attend the event on the dates mentioned above can apply for their e-Passport or National ID through www.irembo.gov.rw and follow the guidelines. The High Commission and DGIE will be present to address questions from anyone else who attends the event related to e-Passport or National ID applications.
